A short telephone conversation

As soon as we receive your CV, we aim to contact you within one working day. In this short phone call we get to know each other and discuss your experience and what you are looking for in construction. If it is a good match, we schedule a personal introduction.
Introduction

Time to get to know each other better! We try to make the contact as personal as possible. In each region we have a contact person for you, also with multilingual staff to make communication easier. We discuss the position and the project we have in mind, answer all your questions and see whether there is a good place for you.
Proposal to the client

You have been introduced to the client and they are enthusiastic about you! We schedule an appointment at the construction site where the project will be carried out. If there is a positive feeling on both sides, we start working together!
Hired? Time to sign your contract!

If it feels right on both sides, we are ready to work together. You receive a manual for our time registration app and your contract to sign online. Our front office is ready to help if you have any questions.
Getting started

Now you are ready to start working for the client! You have seen and signed your contract, and you know the client and your contact person at our agency. Each week you submit your hours through our app, so you receive the correct pay. The client approves the hours and you are paid on Thursday. You can choose to be paid weekly or every four weeks!
