At Employ Enjoy Working!, we focus on (large) construction projects and make sure you get the right professionals for every part of your project. Our process is designed to make your project run smoothly from start to finish, with the right tradespeople in the right place. We specialise in concrete carpenters and have extensive experience with both large-panel formwork and steel wall formwork.

Absolutely! We are very flexible and familiar with different scenarios. Working with us as a freelancer (zzp’er) is no problem at all, but we do need to find a suitable place for you.
Are there opportunities for long-term jobs?
Yes, definitely! We have several clients who are looking for long-term workers. While some need temporary workers, most are actually looking for long-term staff. So with us, both are possible, depending on your wishes and those of the client!
How and when will I be paid?
We pay on Thursdays. You choose whether you are paid weekly or every four weeks.
How much can I expect to earn?
As a member of the NBBU, we follow the collective labour agreement for wages. Your pay depends on the scale and step you are placed in, which are agreed in advance. Your step depends on your experience, the scale on the position you hold. More responsibility and relevant training often mean a higher scale.
