Personal data we process

Employ Enjoy Working B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at monika@employ.nl and we will delete this information.

How long we keep personal data

Employ Enjoy Working B.V. does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention period for personal data: 4 weeks to 7 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Employ Enjoy Working B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Employ Enjoy Working B.V. remains responsible for this processing. In addition, Employ Enjoy Working B.V. provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your explicit consent.

Viewing, changing or deleting your data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data or to object to the processing of your personal data by Employ Enjoy Working B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to monika@employ.nl.

To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks at the latest.

Employ Enjoy Working B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do so via the following link: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

How we protect personal data

Employ Enjoy Working B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or email monika@employ.nl.
