What does the process look like?
Get in touchStep 1: Discussion of the project
We start by discussing the starting points and objectives of your project. This includes safety, health and environment, as well as the project duration, location and nature of the work. Together we also determine which positions and roles you need, and the required knowledge, training and certifications. We check these thoroughly when our back office registers the workers, so the construction site remains safe.
Step 2: The proposal is worked out
Based on the points discussed, we work out a proposal. This can range from supplying one skilled worker to a complete project team of up to 50 employees. We carefully check certifications and training, such as the aerial work platform certificate, GPI and (Basic or Full) VCA. When needed, we offer training to our employees to make sure they meet the requirements and have all the required knowledge.
Step 3: Everything your workers need
We provide good housing and look after the welfare of our employees outside working hours. We meet the SNF standards and have held this quality mark since 2023. This covers basic facilities such as sanitary facilities and living space, safety, management, supervision and legal and administrative conditions. Besides taking care of our employees outside working hours, we also make sure they can work properly and have the right resources. We provide the necessary work clothing, (power) tools and personal protective equipment.
Step 4: The first day
Everything is arranged, and it is time for the first day of the project. On the first working day, a project coordinator from Employ Enjoy Working! is present to guide the professionals. For each region, we have a coordinator who knows the tradespeople and will be on the construction site more often for extra support and direction. We discuss the planning, drawings, shift allocation and rest and working hours. This ensures a smooth start and clear expectations for everyone.
Step 5: A project manager on site
While the project is running, a project manager from Employ Enjoy Working! remains regularly present on site, as mentioned earlier. The project manager supports site management on safety and productivity, in line with the agreements in the project plan. This keeps your project on schedule and up to the highest standards, and lets us make sure our workers meet your expectations as a client.
