Housing for our skilled workers

Besides providing skilled workers, we also take responsibility for their welfare and housing. We meet SNF standards and have theSNF seal of approval. This means that our housing meets strictrequirements for basic facilities, safety, management, supervision and legal and administrativeconditions. We also provide the necessary work clothing, tools and personalprotective equipment so that our employees are well prepared for work.Should a tradesman or woman not yet have all the required certificates,we also offer the opportunity to obtain them through us. We want our professionals to meet the requirements and are happy to spend time on this!

On the construction site, we provide continuous support. Our project coordinators andproject managers are regularly on site to supervise the workand ensure that everything goes according to plan. This ensures that your project stays on schedule and meets the highest standards. We keep as much visibility as possible on our tradesmen to ensure they meet your expectations. For (international) employees, our ensure that everyoneon the construction site can communicate with each other in their own language, by putting language stickerson the helmets. In addition, we have our field staff who themselves have years of experiencegained in practice, this makes them a good interlocutor who can alsohelp you set up a project.
